Below is the information regarding our holiday signups for 2026:

Everyone MUST be an Irondequoit resident. The exception to this is Urban Suburban families as they ARE an Irondequoit family.

Thanksgiving, Special Santa and Holiday meal sign-ups begin Saturday October 3rd 2026 from 11:30am to 12:30pm You need to bring a CURRENT months bill for every adult in the house or a copy of a lease that includes everyone. I am sorry, there will be NO exceptions to this.

Sign-ups for Thanksgiving and the Special Santa will continue every Tuesday and Saturday from 11:30-12:30 until Saturday October 31st 2026

Children participating in the Special Santa program must live full time with the legal guardian and go to Irondequoit schools (Unless you are part of our Urban Suburban program)

The Special Santa list will be sent out to our distribution list between November 8th-10th

The deadline for the Holiday meal is Saturday November 14th.
